Lived and worked in Milwaukee, New York, Connecticut, Missouri, and Hawaii as an executive with Hilton Hotels. Married to James Mullen Copper, Artist/Sculptor - Raised three children - Kathy, Michael and Besty. Educational background - Undergraduate degree University of Norte Dame, English Lit/Education. Masters degree Marquette University. California real estate licenses broker since 1980. 2007-Present with Murphy Properties of Palm Springs. Equestrian owner of 2 American Quarter horses, and co-owner of two Arabians. Competed in regional level finals, certified horseback riding instructor and trainer. Anita Comeau was born and raised in Palm Springs. Her mother, father, and husband are from New Zealand, Nova Scotia and Spain respectively, giving her international roots, a love for travel and being with international people. Anita has worked in Medical Technology, Public Health and Teaching. The first telephone conversation overheard from her crib was her father, a Real Estate Broker, selling land. I have been a California Real Estate licensee since 1974. I hold a General Contractor's License and have been building custom homes for over 27 years. They range from entry level to high end custom homes of over 12,000 square feet. For the past 5 years I have been building in the desert area and plan to continue building in this area. I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 1979 with an Engineering degree and an MBA. My focus, however, has always been in Real Estate and residential construction. |

Nicoletta Tripodes is a 25 year veteran in Real Estate. She spent 14 of those years opening New Home Developments for builders all over Southern California. She has always been in love with the desert having started coming to Desert Hot Springs in the 50's with her parents and brothers. She is very excited to be selling real estate in the desert she has known all her life.
Nikki started selling homes with Century 21 in Arcadia, California in 1986 and then worked for serveral big builders from 1993 to 2006. As a real Estate Broker she has been involved in every type of transaction from probates to short sales, re-sales and new homes. Her former company was Two Girls Real Estate based in Pasadena, California and now is looking forward to working with Maryellen Hill in Palm Springs..
